Removing Spyware, Browser Hijackers, and Dialers

Using HijackThis to Remove Spyware, Browser Hijackers, and Dialers
All the useful tutorial available in bleepingcomputer.com
Windows Program Automatic Startup Locations
How to start the PC in safe mode

first copy these files and zip them and send to submit@thespykiller.co.uk with a short note referring to this thread

C:\WINNT\system32\scagent.exe
C:\WINNT\System32\lld.dll
C:\WINNT\System32\rsvpsjh.dll

Before you start, please unzip or move hijackthis to a separate folder. The program will make backups in the folder in the folder it's in.
These easily get lost in a Temp folder or in the root of C: or get scattered all over the desktop and we need to empty the temp folders to remove the hijackers

Download pocket killbox from http://download.broadbandmedic.com/Killbox.exe put it on the desktop where you can find it easily

Run hijackthis, tick these entries listed below and ONLY these entries, double check to make sure, then make sure all browser & email windows are closed and press fix checked
